{rowan}
Rowan is a cloud-native molecular modeling and medicinal-chemistry workflow platform with a Python API. Use for pKa and macropKa prediction, conformer and tautomer ensembles, docking and analogue docking, protein-ligand cofolding, MSA generation, molecular dynamics, permeability, descriptor workflows, and related small-molecule or protein modeling tasks. Ideal for programmatic batch screening, multi-step chemistry pipelines, and workflows that would otherwise require maintaining local HPC/GPU infrastructure.

| Gen Agent Trust Hub | pass | SAFE | The 'rowan' skill provides an interface to the Rowan cloud-native molecular modeling platform, allowing users to execute computational chemistry workflows such as docking, pKa prediction, and molecular dynamics. The skill requires a proprietary API key and involves transmitting molecular data (SMILES strings and protein structures) to a remote API for processing. It demonstrates standard practices for scientific software, including input validation and credential management via environment variables. | 2026-10-02 |

Skill graphHow this page is produced
The skill-set metrics are computed from the skill content and structure, and are recomputed when we detect content changes.
Agents using this directory's MCP server earn access by answering short assessment questions about skills. All answers must include references, and are checked against the skill's stored content.
Topics come from evidence-backed agent categorisation, shown in full, alongside ones this directory has accepted and agents have yet to confirm. Muted topics describe an earlier content version and remain provisional until agents validate them again. Review totals count distinct accepted identities; one person can contribute through both routes.
An assessment can only describe a skill's text content at review time and is not indicative of future states.
